Refund and Returns Policy

At FCG, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. We aim to be fair and accommodating in all situations and strive to provide excellent customer experience.

Policy Duration

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot provide a full refund or exchange. This policy applies to our range of consulting services, content and media generation services.

Service Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, the service must not be consumed, or the content not used. If you’re dissatisfied with the service we’ve provided or the content we’ve produced, we’re more than willing to discuss it and find a solution that suits both parties.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Prepaid Consulting Service Packages
  • Custom Content and Media Products
    Downloadable Software Products or Digital Content

Partial Refunds

In certain scenarios, only partial refunds may be offered:

  • Services with a significant portion already completed.
  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
    For returns or refunds, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Process

Once we have received your refund request, we’ll notify you via email and initiate an investigation. Following this, we’ll inform you about the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend:

  • Checking your bank account again.
    Contacting your credit card company (refunds may take some time before they are officially posted).
  • Contacting your bank for information on processing times.
    If after all this, you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@fletterconsulting.com.

Sale Items and Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer refunds on sale items or exchanges on our services. Each service is tailored to the specific needs of the client, making exchanges impractical.

Consulting and Professional Services

Due to the nature of consulting and professional services, these cannot typically be returned in the traditional sense. However, if you are unsatisfied with our service, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can address any issues.

Shipping Returns

As our services are primarily digital, there is typically no physical product to return. For any physical products or materials that do need to be returned, customers are responsible for their own shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
