Fletter Consulting Group dedicates a portion of its annual capacity to support mission-aligned nonprofit and community organizations through our Impact Program.
This program provides select organizations with access to practical AI education, strategy sessions, and applied tools at no cost or reduced cost.
We focus on initiatives that:
Advance workforce development
Support veterans and military families
Strengthen community organizations
Promote responsible and ethical AI adoption
Deliver measurable benefit to underserved populations
Impact engagements are limited each year and reviewed based on mission alignment, organizational readiness, and overall strategic value.
All approved engagements operate under a documented value exchange and formal agreement.

How It Works

FCG reviews alignment and scope
Approved engagements are structured as:
Fully pro bono
Reduced cost
Or redirected to a standard engagement
Partnership Expectations
Impact engagements are structured as collaborative partnerships, not donations.
Approved organizations participate in a reasonable non-monetary value exchange, which may include:
A testimonial or short quote
Public acknowledgment of the engagement
Media or case study participation
Warm introductions to aligned organizations
Specific details are formalized through a simple agreement prior to engagement.
Important
Impact capacity is limited. Not all applications will be approved.
Impact Program support is reserved for organizations without sufficient budget for standard engagement.
